Job Details Office Location: London (Westgate) / Hybrid Reports to: Commercial Excellence Lead Purpose: Part of our Commercial Excellence (CommEx)team within our Region (UK, Ireland & US) ensuring the lifetime, total growth of our clients through the development and continuous improvement of our expertise in the use of our data, our market position, and a market leading commercial function. Key Outcomes: This role is responsible for enabling and driving the delivery of the Commercial Excellence strategy and associated organisational capabilities to ensure we achieve high return on investment through the following deliverables: Understanding and experience in sales enablement and lead generation processes as well as commercial practices and innovations Ability to work with complex commercial data sets for accurate forecasting, commercial performance reporting, sales analysis and finance and accounting adherence. Management of commercial excellence systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau) working with commercial teams to ensure all information held is fit for purpose and managing improvements to these systems where needed. Coordinating and actioning Salesforce activities and innovations (e.g. keeping licence holders up to date, making changes required to fields, maintaining reports and dashboards). Ability to work with multiple partners (Finance, Marketing, Client Services etc.) to manage the diverse needs of departments to facilitate advancement of the business's commercial goals. Creating and delivering training material on the use of Commercial Excellence systems. Tracking and reporting on efficiencies of product innovations, deployment of commercial tools and business improvements. Takes a leading role in updating internal forums with the latest commercial innovations and trainings for access by the wider business Maintenance and improvement of rate cards. Key Partners: CommEx Lead, CommEx Analyst, Client Service teams, Operations teams, finance team. Key Capabilities: Proven experience of Commercial Excellence systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, Maconomy, Power BI, Tableau), or a desire and willingness to learn these at pace. Eye for business and curiosity. Understanding of sales processes and the capability to develop/ support on commercial initiatives and strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with and manage the requirements of multiple stakeholders. Ability to present data in a simple and compelling format. Track record of ability to implement new processes/ideas/solutions.
