Your Role:
You’ll handle a diverse range of residential property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
* Advising and supporting clients with clear and timely communication.
* Overseeing contracts, reports, and compliance requirements.
* Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and the conveyancing process.
* Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple cases.
* Leadership potential – experience managing a team is a plus, but not essential.
* Comfortable using case management systems and office software.
