Salary: £38k with a performance bonus that could increase total compensation to £45k.

The Franchise Manager will play a key role in maximizing the potential of our current site and supporting future growth.
We seek a motivated, business-minded, and hardworking individual who can collaborate effectively with senior management to realize our vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all business operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
* Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability.
* Set and drive sales targets, motivate the sales team, and identify new business opportunities through networking and client relationship management.
* Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Support the sales team through strategic training and development.
* Develop and implement local digital marketing strategies, including social media content creation, website optimization, and management of the Google Business profile to enhance brand presence and attract reviews.
* Collaborate with senior management on scalable growth plans, paving the way for potential promotion to Area Manager.
* Opportunities for share ownership may be available for high-performing candidates, aligning personal and company growth.
Who We’re Looking For
* An individual with a growth mindset, ambition, motivation, and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience, with proven ability to lead teams and manage operations.
* Strong sales management and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and develop a high-performance team.
* Preferably, digital marketing expertise and familiarity with digital tools and analytics.
