Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
4. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
5. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
6. Handle client correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.
7. Organise and maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
8. Assist with billing and invoicing processes as required.
9. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
10. Provide support with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal PA should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic workload.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
17. 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
