Job Opportunity: Programme Administrator
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £22,958
Working arrangements: 35 hours per week, with standard hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office, including Wednesdays.
Contract type: 12-month fixed-term contract
The role is within a hybrid environment combining office and homeworking.
The well-established JAG accreditation programme seeks an enthusiastic and organized Programme Administrator to join their data and training team. Responsibilities include managing accreditation assessments, handling customer inquiries, organizing committee meetings and training days, and performing general administrative tasks for the Accreditation Unit.

* Be exceptionally organized and interested in improving processes
* Enjoy communicating with a range of individuals and developing strong working relationships
* Have experience in project support roles
* Be passionate about improving healthcare workforce and services
About The Role:
As a Programme Administrator, your daily impact will include:
* Organizing and facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions for endoscopy professionals
* Responding to queries via phone and email regarding JAG training systems promptly
* Administering governance meetings, including organizing, circulating papers, and taking minutes
* Maintaining programme websites to ensure accurate information
* Creating clear communications for stakeholders, such as newsletters, social media posts, blog posts, and emails
* Keeping accurate records and supporting quality improvement projects
* Contributing to the development of new guidance materials
* Proactively seeking improvements and more efficient working methods
Outstanding organizational skills, confident communication, initiative, and flexibility are essential qualities for this role.
