Teaching Assistant – Stoke-on-Trent

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
2. Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
3. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
4. Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom activities
5. Support pupils with additional needs where required
This role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities available across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant, you will:
9. Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting
10. Be confident supporting behaviour and encouraging positive outcomes
11. Be adaptable, reliable, and proactive in the classroom
12. Possess a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
13. Have recent, referenceable experience
