We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive team at a welcoming Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Cradley Heath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. The successful candidates will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to support pupils with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
*
Support small group interventions to help pupils access the curriculum.
*
Promote positive behaviour through effective classroom and behaviour management.
*
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
*
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
*
Adapt learning activities to support pupils’ individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
*
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
*
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
*
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
*
A genuine passion for helping children succeed both academically and emotionally.
*
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Qualifications
*
Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification (desirable)
*
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (minimum requirement)
