About The Role: Candidate will be flexible with working weekends and the following shifts times would be based on the roster 06:00-14:00 10:00-18:00 12:00-20:00 14:00-22:00 About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team at OCS as a Cleaning Supervisor, as a supervisor at OCS you will be at the front line of the operation and play a key role in the management and delivery of service to our client. Working closely with the Duty Manager you’ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards. You will need to be able to effectively and accurately deliver instructions and training to your team, so being an excellent communicator is a must as well as being able to identify improvements and successes within your team.
