The Role
As an HR Advisor in our Shared Service Team, you will support the business and employees by managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The role is based in Telford with a hybrid working model and is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background.
Your Responsibilities
1. Manage and prioritize workload according to SLAs & KPIs, focusing on core HR processes.
2. Ensure governance and compliance of HR data using various HR systems and tools.
3. Collaborate with wider HR teams to support deliverables and re-prioritize as needed.
4. Assist with key projects and activities, understanding their impact on business objectives.
5. Promote continuous improvement by owning elements of the HR strategy and project plans.
Key Skills & Experience
Beneficial:
* Previous HR administration experience
* Understanding of HR legislation and GDPR
* Knowledge of HR & Payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Resourcelink, 4Me)
* Experience with Electronic Document Management and Project Coordination
Essential:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint)
* Organized, adaptable, inquisitive, and proactive
* Tenacious, driven, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* High accuracy and a right-first-time approach
