Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (Autism) | Full-Time | Poole

This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide consistent, tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with Autism

4. Foster emotional and social development through patience and encouragement
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience supporting children with Autism is desirable
2. Experience working with children in any capacity (e.g., in schools, clubs, or care settings) is essential
3. Calm, empathetic, and reliable with a flexible approach
4. Committed to promoting inclusion and celebrating individual strengths
