About the Role
An established independent specialist workshop in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join its growing team.
This business works exclusively on performance, sports, and enthusiast vehicles, offering a professional, structured environment focused on precision, diagnostics, and high-quality workmanship.

Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair performance and sports vehicles
* Carry out advanced fault diagnosis using OEM and specialist diagnostic equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Complete detailed vehicle health checks and reports
* Conduct road tests and post-repair quality checks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
* Provide technical support to junior technicians when required
* Keep up to date with modern vehicle systems and technology
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of modern vehicle electronics and systems
* Full UK driving licence
