Role Description
Thinking of hanging up your trading screens, but not quite ready to hang up your brain?
CJH Experts is looking to connect with recently retired (or soon‑to‑retire) commodity traders, brokers and operators who would enjoy part‑time expert witness and consulting work.
The work is mainly remote and project‑based, with occasional client meetings, conferences with counsel and, in some cases, hearings or arbitrations. It’s a way to stay close to the market, use decades of hard‑won experience and choose when – and how much – you work.
If you have deep experience across physical and paper markets, structuring deals, managing risk and navigating the messier corners of trading relationships – and you can explain all of that clearly to non‑traders – we’d be very happy to talk.
