We’re working with a leading national consultancy seeking a motivated and commercially minded Land Assembly professional to join their Nottingham team. This is an opportunity to be part of a respected firm delivering major infrastructure, regeneration and development schemes across the UK.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of land assembly and compulsory purchase work, supporting public and private sector clients from early stages through to delivery. Projects span sectors including transport, energy, regeneration and housing, giving you real variety day to day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing landowner negotiations and access agreements
Preparing documentation to support compulsory purchase orders
Advising clients on acquisition strategy and compensation
Working closely with planners, surveyors and legal teams
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development What We’re Looking For
Background in land assembly, compulsory purchase or a related discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience dealing with stakeholders in complex projects
