About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are now recruiting for a role providing focused, time-limited information, advice and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to return to, remain in, or move towards employment, with a particular focus on engaging those facing multiple and intersecting barriers to work.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would be:
1. Managing a varied caseload of clients, providing tailored information, advice and guidance to support their employment goals
2. Working collaboratively with clients to identify their individual needs and the level of support required
3. Developing clear, realistic Action Plans with clients, and reviewing these regularly to reflect progress and changing circumstances
4. Supporting clients to address workplace challenges, helping them to return to work, remain in employment, or secure new roles
