Field Sales Executive - East Midlands
£28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission, 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme
We're working on behalf of a well established and fast-growing non-food FMCG supplier that partners with over 10,000 retail outlets across the UK and Ireland. With a product portfolio over a range of categories, this business combines direct sourcing with exclusive distribution agreements for a number of market leading brands.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Field Sales Executive to cover the East Midlands region. As the Field Sales Executive, you will be managing a portfolio of independent retail customers, ensuring strong instore presence, growing sales, and identifying new commercial opportunities within your territory.
Key Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive:
* Develop and maintain long standing relationships with retail customers
* Plan and carry out regular store visits to maximise availability and visibility
* Upsell and introduce new lines from a broad, well recognised non-food range
* Collaborate with your National Sales Manager to implement growth strategies
* Maintain accurate records of store performance, feedback and competitor activity
About You:
* At least 1 year experience gained in a field based role, comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
* Strong relationship builder with a proactive, solutions first mindset
* Results focused with great time management and communication skills
* Able to work within a collaborative team
