Our client is looking for a Service & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Horsham. This role involves providing customer service support to new & existing clients, organise & monitor Engineering activity for works.
*Driving License is required*
The Role
1. Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service
2. Manage account activity - reengaging lapsed customers & handling enquiries
3. Coordinate engineer schedules for installations, servicing & repairs
4. Prepare quotes & invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert into active works
5. Liaise with warehouse team to ensure parts are available and dispatched for jobs
6. Acting as point of contact to both clients & engineers to ensure jobs are competed within SLAs, and resolve any issues that may arise
The Person
7. Organised, proactive & able to manage multiple priorities
8. Strong communication skills both face-to-face & phone
9. Previous customer service experience is a bonus!
