Service Advisor – Burton-on-Trent
1. Basic: £26,000–£30,000 DOE
2. OTE: £38,000 including overtime (£40,000 for high earners)
3. Hours: 42.5 per week | 8:00/8:30–5:30/6:00 | 1-hour lunch
4. Saturdays: 1 in 3 (paid overtime)

What you’ll be doing:
10. Acting as the main point of contact for service customers, providing excellent communication and support throughout the process
11. Booking in vehicles for service and repair, ensuring a smooth customer experience
12. Upselling service plans and additional products where appropriate
13. Liaising with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficient job flow and timely updates
14. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company and manufacturer standards
What we’re looking for:
15. Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (Service Advisor experience ideal)
16. Strong communication and organisational skills
17. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy dealership environment
18. A team player with a positive, professional attitude
19. Ideally located within 20 minutes of Burton-on-Trent
