Elmya Group is currently looking for a Local Purchasing & Site Administration professional to join our project team on site in East Hanningfield.
You will be responsible for managing local procurement of materials and providing administrative support on site, ensuring proper documentation, supplier coordination, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Procure site materials, ensuring availability and on-time delivery
* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers
* Manage invoices, delivery notes, and purchasing documentation
* Verify material deliveries with warehouse/site teams
* Perform administrative checks prior to invoice approvalSupport document management, reporting, and general site administration
* Assist with cost tracking and ensure compliance with internal procedures
* Experience in procurement, administration, or construction environments
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
