What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Be the friendly face of YMCA St Paul’s Group, providing a warm welcome and expert support to residents, visitors, and their networks. Your approach will shape positive experiences every day.
Enjoy a Varied and Engaging Role
From reception duties and managing calls to coordinating repairs and processing payments—your work will be dynamic, hands-on, and rewarding.
Promote Safety and Wellbeing
Take on key responsibilities as a first aider and fire marshal, carrying out regular checks and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
Support Residents with Care and Empathy
Help residents feel heard and supported—whether welcoming new arrivals, responding to concerns, or addressing anti-social behaviour sensitively and professionally.
