We are in search of qualified educators/practitioners to join our team.
With a high number of 1, 2 & 3-year-olds currently seeking placement and enrolling at our nursery, we are continuing our search for dedicated individuals to start with us.
Salary: Dependent on qualification and experience but above NMW/NLW
Our nurseries have a good reputation, and we aim to maintain the high standards for which we have been accredited, receiving a "good" rating in all areas during our last inspections.
You will be someone who demonstrates a mature attitude, focused on delivering excellent standards, with a natural ability to work as part of a team.
We will provide onboarding training, including:
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate
We are looking for someone responsible, flexible, and able to use their initiative.
You should have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special. A sense of humor, even if you don't understand all jokes, is appreciated!
If you have a bit of quirkiness—like being the best pirate captain when a child requests—you'll fit right in.
You must be comfortable discussing bodily functions openly, and able to respond to various situations with empathy and humor.
Skills required include rapid headcounts of children, handling unknown substances on clothing, and engaging in playful activities like singing (out of tune is fine!).
Being able to read fairy tales with interruptions, giving warm hugs, and having a good sense of smell are also important.
Most importantly, be prepared to have lots of fun, laugh often, and feel loved and valued by the children and their families.
We have two settings in the LE3 & LE4 areas of Leicester. Our environment is small, homely, yet very busy.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
