Duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties. Be calm, patient and nurturing, with excellent communication skills as a SEN Teaching Assistant. Be adaptable and able to respond to the needs of individual pupils.
