What you will do in this role:
1. Support community engagement projects
2. Coordinate and track project activities, meetings and deadlines
3. Build strong relationships with VCSE organisations and partners and contribute to the delivery of contracts, grants and policy
4. Help gather insights, monitor performance and evaluate impact
5. Create clear communications, briefings and presentations
6. Organise events, workshops and engagement sessions
7. Support governance, processes, training and internal systems
What we are looking for:
8. strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Great communication skills — written and verbal
10. Experience supporting or coordinating projects
11. Ability to work with a range of partners and stakeholders
12. Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
13. A positive, flexible and proactive approach
Desirable: project management experience, public sector experience, or knowledge of commissioning and procurement
