This role is essential in supporting packaging development to understand consumer and customer needs, ensuring our packaging meets technical requirements. This position significantly contributes to delivering commercial growth and competitive advantage for Mission Foods products. Day-to-day of the role: Manage relationships with design houses to support the development of good practice, improve the printing process, and ensure high quality of reprographics. Brief artworks, create and maintain cutter guides, coordinate packaging redesign projects on current SKUs, and manage new film changeovers on site. Support the NPD process by bringing new products to market with trials and transit support, managing timelines for packaging printing and introduction on site. Address day-to-day issues with site packaging, supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and operations. Develop a deeper understanding of our packaging products to enhance operational line efficiency and product efficacy.
