We have a really friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. We are currently recruiting for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have previous housekeeping experience with some supervisor experience, previous hotel experience is also ideal. You will have great leadership skills and be friendly and motivated.
A successful Housekeeping Supervisor candidate will:
* be friendly and a team player
* be able to remain calm under time pressures
* provide genuine hospitality to our guests
* be able to manage and build relationships effectively within the department and wider hotel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Flexible with a willingness to learn
* Have a full driving licence and access to a car, due to location
Housekeeping Supervisor duties include:
* Maintain cleanliness standards of bedrooms
* Ensuring all our public areas are in good order
* Reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team
* Help manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies
* Support with training and development of the team
* Management of the department in absence of Head Housekeeper, including absence management
