What the Job Involves As an Occupational Health Adviser, you will work as an autonomous practitioner within a nurse-led service. Your role involves providing clinical advice for occupational health case management, engaging in health promotion activities, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to North Yorkshire County Council and contracted employers. You will actively participate in developing and evaluating health initiatives, manage clinical risks, and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide support to managers on employment-related health matters, facilitate health screening and surveillance activities, and contribute to strategic management within the health and wellbeing sector.
