REALTIME is on the lookout for a Freelance Senior Animator to join one of our existing projects.
We are looking for a very talented Senior Animator who has a breadth of experience in both Mocap animation and keyframe animation to help us deliver a really exciting Games project.
This role would suit someone who can display a background of delivering motion capture focused productions, create forward-thinking and captivating animations, and has the ability to manage their work day to keep to agreed timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work on a wide array of Mocap driven character animations.
* Assist and deliver quality animation based on creative briefs.
* Delivering against client requirements and ensuring creative continuity across projects.
* Attend dailies to ensure that work delivered is to schedule and is at the level expected from our clients.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & QUALITIES:
* Expertise within using Maya to create engaging animation performances.
* Experience working with Mocap data is essential
* A strong technical background in Maya with efficient rigging knowledge is desirable.
* Deep understanding of animation within visual effects for games/film/television.
* Experience as a Senior Animator within a VFX/Animation studio.
