Electrical Supervisor – New Build School Project
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to start work on a new build school project. This role will be predominantly supervisory and site-based, overseeing electrical works and managing electricians on site, with occasional hands-on duties including testing when required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising electrical operatives and coordinating daily site activities
* Overseeing installation works in line with drawings, specifications, and regulations
* Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other trades
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
* Monitoring progress and quality of workmanship
* Carrying out electrical testing and certification when required
* Assisting with inspections, snagging, and handover processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician
* Experience working on commercial projects, ideally schools or new build developments
* Strong understanding of electrical regulations and site procedures
* Ability to manage teams and work independently
* Testing and inspection qualification preferred
* Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous)
