About Our Client

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing private physiotherapy providers, backed by private equity and operating in its second investment cycle. With over 40 clinics and 130 staff nationwide, they combine evidence-based physiotherapy with a proactive approach to workplace health. Their B2B division delivers occupational health physiotherapy and ergonomic solutions to major UK organisations, helping reduce musculoskeletal-related sickness absence and improve employee wellbeing.

Job Description

This is a national B2B sales role focused on driving new business growth for occupational health services under a well-established brand. The successful candidate will target blue-collar sectors such as utilities and telecoms, where work cannot be mechanised, and build strong relationships with HR and Procurement teams. You'll execute a "land and expand" strategy, winning initial pilot contracts and growing them into multi-site partnerships. This is an opportunity for a hungry, ambitious sales professional to join a fast-growing, PE-backed organisation with a clear path to leadership within 12-18 months.This is not just another sales role-it's a chance to shape the future of workplace health in the UK. You'll be the driving force behind new business acquisition, working closely with senior leadership to open doors and win high-value contracts. Your day-to-day will include:

3. Hunting for new opportunities across multiple industries with high MSK risk
4. Building strategic relationships with HR and Procurement decision-makers
5. Delivering compelling pitches that position preventative health solutions as a business-critical investment
6. Executing a land-and-expand strategy-secure initial pilots, then scale accounts into multi-site partnerships
7. Representing the brand at industry events and networking forums
8. Collaborating with leadership on major deals and handing over accounts to the Account Management team post-sale
9. Managing a robust pipeline of approx. 150 target companies and reporting directly to the Group MD

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven success in B2B new business development, ideally selling into health & safety, occupational health, or related sectors.

13. Hybrid working - 2/3 days minimum in the Leeds office (5 if you really want to!)

What's on Offer

Competitive base salary (£30,000-£35,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE 2 x base salary - with realistic runway to earn 100k+ year 1)
