Lettings Coordinator
Location: Oxford

Join a leading Housing Association in Oxford supporting social housing tenants through the lettings and relet process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
The Role
We’re looking for a Lettings Coordinator to assist tenants in vacating their homes and support internal transfers within social housing.
* Providing housing options in line with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements
* Managing all admin duties related to the relet process
* Keeping accurate records throughout the void process
* Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting colleagues by covering other patches when needed
* Responding to customer queries quickly and effectively
* Liaising with Local Authorities, contractors, and residents
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lettings, housing, or allocations-based role and be confident in delivering excellent customer service.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused housing role
* Understanding of Choice Based Lettings and the social housing sector
* Knowledge of Government legislation on homelessness and lettings
* Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
The Contract
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, Temp to Perm Opportunity
Rate: £19.70 per hour LTD / £16.90 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
