We are currently recruiting a dedicated Staffing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations at CH&CO on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Who you are:
* A positive attitude and friendly approach
* At least 2 years of similar experience in a commercial environment
* Proven experience in recruitment and training
* Ability to lead and delegate effectively
* Strong people management skills
* Diplomacy, discretion, and impartial judgment
* Payroll management and/or budgeting experience
* Event or catering experience is an advantage
About the role:
The Staffing Manager should be commercially aware, managing variable payroll to meet financial targets while fulfilling operational needs.
The role involves setting the direction and driving forward processes for:
* Recruitment, selection, and retention
* Labour cost management
* Learning and development initiatives
* Event planning
