Location: West Thurrock, Essex (Full-time, Office-based)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Atlas Repairs Ltd provides nationwide mobile tail-lift repair services with 44+ vans covering the UK. We are looking for an Accounts & Payroll Administrator to handle all finance and payroll duties within our head office team.
Role Overview
* Process supplier invoices, customer payments and bank reconciliations
* Run monthly payroll and manage staff expenses
* Prepare VAT returns and assist with HMRC submissions
* Monitor outstanding invoices and manage payment runs
* Support the Director with cashflow and management reporting
What We're Looking For
* Experience in bookkeeping and payroll
* Confident using Sage or similar software
* Reliable, organised and good with numbers
* A self-starter who enjoys varied, hands-on finance work
