Property Information Officer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £375 Per Day
Contract: Interim
Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a local authority with an opportunity that has become available for a Property Information Officer to support a busy Property and Estates function.
This role will suit someone with strong admin and data skills who has handled property records, asset registers, and property-related documentation, and who can respond to information requests efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and improving the quality of property and asset records
* Supporting the effective capture, storage, and retrieval of property documentation
* Monitoring data processes to ensure required property data is recorded correctly
* Responding to internal and external requests for property information
* Producing reports from property information systems (and related finance systems where required)
* Supporting compliance with retention schedules and information governance requirements
* Liaising with IT to ensure systems are fit for purpose and risks are managed
About you:
* Experience handling property records (e.g. deeds, Land Registry, leases/licences and tenancy records)
* Confident using property databases and document management systems
* Strong IT skills, including Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication
* Able to prioritise workload and meet tight timescales
* GIS exposure is beneficial
