Role Overview
As part of our Advisory Sales Enablement team, you’ll support teams across KPMG through the end-to-end process of winning work. Your responsibilities include identifying client issues, positioning KPMG, producing proposal documents, and crafting compelling pitches. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and grow your knowledge, helping us sell innovative solutions to major organizations, giving KPMG a competitive edge.

The Pursuit Manager establishes and manages the pursuit process, supporting the pursuit team and Lead Partner, providing writing expertise. This role involves managing multiple significant pursuits within advisory, often simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide advice and challenge across all pursuit elements, including action plans, timelines, client contact plans, proposal design, and quality checks.
2. Maintain knowledge of pursuit sales methodology and implement best practices.
3. Communicate timelines, milestones, and responsibilities to ensure pursuit completion.
Minimum Requirements
* Extensive experience in pursuit project management with a successful track record.
* Deep understanding of pursuit processes and relevant prior experience.
* Strong project management, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
* Experience in writing/editing bids or business communications.
* Creative and expressive writing and verbal skills.
* Excellent communication skills with trusted relationships at senior levels.
* Strong organizational skills, initiative, and proactive mindset.
* Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate persistence, and take a pragmatic approach.
* Resilience and team-oriented attitude.
