This fast-growing beauty brand is building on an exciting few years of momentum and are looking for a commercially-minded Senior Ecommerce Lead to take charge of their DTC site.

The Role
Reporting into the Growth Director, you’ll be the go-to for all things ecommerce - from trading and content, to UX and optimisation. You’ll manage site performance day-to-day, while also leading on key projects and improvements.
Key areas of focus include:
* Full ownership of website trading and site optimisation
* Leading product drops, campaigns, content and UX improvements.
* Overseeing projects across subscriptions, returns, loyalty and customer account area
* Developing a strong CRO and testing culture
* Aligning with marketing, creative and tech on campaigns and customer journey
* Using data to drive insight and performance across the funnel
* Partnering with agencies and third parties to bring ideas to life
* Supporting international growth and marketplace integrations
You
You’ll be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments - someone who can spot opportunities and take ownership. Here’s what they're looking for:
* Solid experience in a high-growth ecommerce or DTC business (beauty/health ideal)
* Experience with subscriptions models is highly advantageous.
* Smaller brand background is crucial – knowing how to work with lower SKU volumes and less promotional led trade strategies.
* A strong understanding of trading, retention and customer journey
* Confident with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and testing tools
* Analytical mindset - confident making decisions using data and insight
* Experience leading digital projects and working cross-functionally
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach, with a focus on ownership, outcomes and growth
