An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Part time (29.6 hours) Occupational Health Adviser in People Services.
What you will be doing
1. Provide professional comprehensive Occupational Health advice to management and staff on all matters relating to health, safety, and well-being, ensuring legislative compliance.
2. Undertake sickness absence consultations for Police officers and Staff, and formulate management reports and rehabilitation programmes.
3. Triage Occupational Health referrals for assignment to relevant advisers.
4. Liaise with the Occupational Health Manager and stay updated on relevant standards and legislation.
