As a significant role in the business, you will report to the Executive Leadership Team directly reporting to the Co-CEO, CEO and Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day EA support for Co-CEO, CEO and COO (including email and calendar management and project work)
* Reviewing documentation, including proof-reading, markup and support in particular supplier contracts
* Copywriting/drafting/document preparation, including presentation decks for the Co-CEOs and COO, where required
* Assisting with travel, events, and team coordination working alongside the people team
* Managing and redirecting company post and couriers as required
* Participating in executive/key meetings and ensuring clear minutes, actions and accountabilities are logged
* Identifying and sponsoring with executive support other areas to improve overall clarity and efficiency between Leadership and the rest of the company
* Ad Hoc duties as and when required as is reasonably expected by the business to support the Co-CEO, CEO and COO
* Office management duties as they pertain to our London office this includes maintaining facilities, communicating with building management, arranging meeting rooms etc.
