Your new role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Chemistry specialist to teach A-Level Chemistry to motivated students within a high-achieving college environment. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, contribute to curriculum development, and support students in achieving excellent examination oues.
This post is part-time to begin with, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role from September 2026, depending on performance and timetable requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should demonstrate:
1. A strong academic background, including a good degree from a leading university
2. Excellent A-Level results (or equivalent)
3. A-Level Chemistry teaching experience
4. Experience in private or independent education is highly desirable
5. ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
6. A passion for subject knowledge, high academic standards, and student success
7. Strongmunication, organisation, and classroom-management skills
