About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating new business leads, increasing repeat sales, and cross-selling to existing clients. Working closely with the Recruitment Portfolio Director, you will have the opportunity to maximise sales opportunities and deliver on targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying prospective clients through targeted research
Developing and maintaining a continuous pipeline of leads
Obtaining appointments and meeting with prospects and clients
Building strong relationships with decision-makers
Providing professional and articulate follow-up to nurture ongoing business opportunities
Effectively promoting company services to meet client requirements
Planning and prioritising sales activities to exceed targets
Attending events to support on-site logistics and represent the organisation
