Role Overview: The NetSuite Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancement projects. This includes project planning, stakeholder management, scope control, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects. Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and risk reviews. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Provide strategic consultation to executive stakeholders on NetSuite capabilities. Functional & Technical Oversight: Conduct discovery sessions and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Configure NetSuite modules and demonstrate solution walkthroughs. Collaborate with technical teams to guide custom development. Testing & Deployment: Define test scenarios and support UAT and system integration testing. Coordinate Go Live activities and ensure smooth cutover. Create training materials and lead end-user training sessions. Post-Implementation Support: Liaise with NetSuite Support and third-party vendors for issue resolution. Evaluate ROI and recommend future enhancements or upgrades. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in NetSuite ERP implementations. Atleast 10 years of overall experience. Experience with business processes like O2C, P2P, R2R, Revenue Recognition, and Multi-book Accounting. Certifications (Preferred): NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Technical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and cloud ERP systems. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
