English Teacher
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our dedicated team at Willow Haven, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by supporting their learning within a nurturing, trauma‑informed educational environment.
We are particularly interested in teachers who can bring a range of skills and are able to support young people across the 6–18 age range.
About The Role
As an English Teacher at Five Rivers Child Care, your work will be varied, meaningful, and deeply rewarding. You will deliver bespoke, therapeutic educational packages that help each child achieve their personal goals. Unlike mainstream settings, you may work within the classroom or out in the community, supporting children who are currently unable to attend school.
You will be working within a trauma‑informed practice model, supporting young people through approaches grounded in therapeutic principles. Our schools have proudly achieved the Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Gold Award, reflecting our commitment to providing a stable, secure, and nurturing environment.
Many of our young people have experienced disrupted relationships and instability. We are therefore seeking committed, resilient, and compassionate educators who are motivated to build long‑term, trusting connections.
