Konker is working with a well-known and respected practice in Bristol who are seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist/Architectural Technician to join their team.
You will be working on leisure, student accommodation schemes and large residential developments.

Key responsibilities: Architectural Technologist
* Produce, coordinate review detailed technical drawings and Revit models.
* Contribute to BIM standards, workflows and best practice.
* Review and manage technical packages.
* Mentor and support junior team members.
* Act as technical lead across multiple RIBA stages.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, whilst supporting the Project Architect.
About you: Architectural Technologist
* CIAT registered with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
* Prior experience leading the delivery of production packages on residential projects.
* Proven experience using Revit in practice, including family creation and editing.
* Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
