Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will be required to:
3. Managing a team to delivery audit services
4. Managing a portfolio of clients
5. Tracking job progress and billings
6. Monitoring deadlines
7. Building a positive working relationship with clients and internally
8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
9. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time
10. Dealing with any client queries in a timely and efficient manner
11. Assisting colleagues and trainees within the team with development and technical advice
12. Undertake such other duties that are required commensurate with the role
The Successful Applicant
13. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 5 years post qualified experience in a practice environment
14. Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
15. Excellent reporting skills
16. Confidently able to offer recommendations and advice to our clients.
17. Highly competent with outstanding commercial acumen and a solid grasp of business aims and objectives
18. Demonstrable experience and a proven track record in a similar role
19. A full UK driving licence is essential
