Construction Planner
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Office-based with Site Visits)
Reporting to: Planning Manager
Sector Focus: Commercial, High-rise, Retail, and Industrial
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join our team in Kings Hill. This role is central to the success of our Design & Build projects, specifically driving tender-stage strategy and early PCSA project planning.
Skills and Qualities
* Education: HNC (or above) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced working knowledge of Asta Powerproject or MS Project.
* IT Proficiency: Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels.
* Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex project requirements.
* Professionalism: A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
