We’re looking for a Head of Legacy Development to lead delivery of the National Trust’s Legacy Development team, meeting ambitious long‑term growth targets and building on the success of an established, high performing team.
You’ll lead and develop a culture where legacies are championed, managing a team of six direct reports, working across the charity to grow awareness of legacy giving, inspire more people to leave a gift in their will, and secure future commitments that will drive long‑term income.
This is a strategic, organisation‑wide role with responsibility for legacy marketing, legacy events, high value relationships and legacy donor journeys. You’ll bring strategic clarity, fundraising confidence and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.

Salary: circa £60,000 depending on experience.
