We are looking for a dynamic, people‑focused Deputy Manager for our STARS and Front of House Services — a role designed for someone who thrives on developing teams, delivering excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will support the national delivery of our STARS programme, ensuring our teams are consistently motivated, well‑trained, and equipped to provide outstanding customer experiences. Working days: Monday - Friday
Pay: £32,000 + £5,400 Car Allowance
Plus bonus
Location: Milton Keynes

Job Description
What you’ll do:
* Motivate and support STARS teams across the UK
* Lead recruitment, training and service excellence
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

* 5 Year checkable work history
* SIA license will be required, we will support you in gaining
* First Aid at Work will be required, we will support in gaining
* Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle
