We are recruiting for a Part Sales Administrator to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Kirkbymoorside. Supporting the Part Sales team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service while helping to keep sales administration processes running smoothly. Some of the Part Sales Administrator duties will include: Providing administrative support to the Part Sales team Maintaining customer order update reports and providing regular updates Managing customer enquiries and liaising with internal departments to obtain information Supporting the processing of quotations, customer orders and invoices Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems Assisting with customer communications and ensuring a positive customer experience Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies Supporting colleagues across the wider business as required We are looking for a highly organised administrator who enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You'll have previous experience within an administration role and be confident communicating with people at all levels. Based in Kirkbymoorside, you will need access to your own transport. This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 8:30am-4pm, earning a salary of £25,500.
