The \"first-time\" transaction is easy. The \"Returning Customer\" journey is where the real engineering happens. Your mission is to move our core decisioning engine from basic logic to an intelligent, model-driven architecture. You will be responsible for a platform that generates bespoke, high-stakes financial offers in milliseconds, automating credit assessments for the global small business economy.
The Role: Architecture, Leadership, Legacy
* Technical Blueprint: You will be the primary architect for our Retention systems. You’ll decide how we bridge the gap between Data Science models and production-ready Python services.
* Talent Density: You’ll lead a high-performing squad of three, acting as a force-multiplier. We value \"Lead by example\"—you’ll stay close to the code while defining the standards for the wider org.
* Product Influence: You won’t just receive requirements; you will shape the product. Working at the intersection of Data and Design, you’ll define what a \"frictionless\" financial experience looks like.
