We are looking for a Housing Management Officer to manage a portfolio of tenancies and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing service.
Key Duties

Manage tenancies in line with housing legislation and policy
*
Be the main point of contact for residents
*
Handle tenancy issues including sign-ups, rent arrears, and anti-social behaviour
*
Carry out estate inspections and property visits
*
Work with internal teams and external partners to support residents
About You
*
Experience in housing or tenancy management
*
Good knowledge of housing legislation
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Confident using IT systems
