What will I be doing?
The Railway Inn Cider House and Restaurant is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team. The team is proud to deliver high quality, freshly cooked food, sourcing locally wherever possible, and alongside our premium drinks range. Our service and offering is attentive and well presented, just as we believe a pub at the heart of its community should be. The role is full time and will involve varying shift patterns so flexibility is a must.

As a Sous Chef You Will Be
* Responsible for running kitchen service at certain times.
* Assist with the preparation and serving of food at The Railway Inn.
* Consistently deliver high quality food.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and health and safety standards.
* Be involved in producing high quality food and participate in our many exciting events.
Experience is essential, so we are looking for someone with creativity and flair, with a passion to deliver high quality food.
