Associate - Real Estate (Investment & Development) London | International Law Firm | Top 50 NQ / Newly Qualified IRG Law is working with a City-led, international and nationally recognised law firm to recruit a Real Estate Associate into its highly regarded Investment & Development team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with one of the UK's strongest real estate platforms, offering exposure to premium investment, development and asset management work on both domestic and international mandates. The Team Real Estate is a core strategic focus of the firm. Around 60% of its lawyers operate within the sector across investment, finance, development, construction, asset management, planning and dispute resolution. The team advises a high-quality client base including institutional investors, developers, lenders, occupiers, government bodies and international investors, with particularly strong relationships across the Middle East, Asia and the US. The practice is highly ranked and regularly involved in major regeneration, development and living-sector projects including build-to-rent, PBSA, senior living and multi-family housing.
